You can't do it. iOS is made for ARM processors and there's not even an emulator (there's Apple's simulator but that's different as it runs apps compiled for x86, and only on a mac). Android does have an x86 compile, so that's how that works.

Favourite OS Windows 7 Every Build
It is nearly impossible to get iOS on your laptop unless Apple makes the impossible decision of making it open source AND someone ports it to x86 platforms (and it needs to be compatible with your hardware) or if someone decides to reverse engineer the operating system which would probably take years on end of working each and every day as well as every night (and with the constant updates the reverser might feel that they need to reverse the next update hence that they would never get it finished) THEN IF someone reverse engineers it someone else (or even the same person, it doesn't really matter) needs to port it to x86 platforms AND you have to hope it is compatible with your hardware. In otherwords it's not going to happen. Google these things first and I guarantee you could have gotten an answer similar to this (A.K.A. an answer saying no). Sorry my answer is so blunt, but I think it always helps to have a pretty good explanation behind your answer .

Look into iPhone Simulator in iOS SDK. It's basically a bare-bones iOS compiled for x86. I tried setting it up once as a standalone OS, but SpringBoard needs some kind of daemon that will transfer SB screen output to computer display.
