Max Download Speed: 5-15MBp/s... varies. generally around 15 at 2 in the morning and 5 or less during peak times
Max Upload Speed: 1-5
Cost Per Month: I don't pay... though my neighbor pays $80 a month
Download/Upload Limits (if any): always highspeed, but the exact amount of speed varies by the hour... minimum is 5 maximum is 15

Hehe, yes it is indeed the HTTP server. However the speedtest isn't fast enough to show its full potential. I have downloaded from Microsoft at over 70Mbps before.

Sheesh with a data cap like that you might as well have just 1Mbps not 24Mbps. I'm on 4Mbps unlimited with 0.4Mbps upload. for the same price...
