What I don't get is what exactly is Lonhorn? I thought it was codename for vista but everyone still uses it :?
Anyway I think I still have an old vista beta CD and just like 7 they look so much different in beta form... so much changes!

Yes and Longhorn isn't named after those cattle with huge horns, but a bar in the Whistler Black comb resort in British Columbia. Want to know about Longhorn, go here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_longhorn

4074 would be expired for very long time then. It was supposed to be at least to 26th April, 2004.

Not exactly it was the 2nd build to be called Vista! That's based on the Longhorn Omega-13 (= name for Longhorn after the reset at build 4093)

No. That video was only a concept and was never a real OS.

Does anyone know how to get virtual PC to stop getting the time from my computer?
To use longhorn build 3683 I have to set my computers time to 23 September 2002.

Didn't work.
Couldn't find VMC file for some reason.
You might want to do another release.
