Well, if you want to spend money I use MagicISO because it can edit the ISOs and burn them.

Magic ISO doesn't support HFS or HFS+ filesystems.I use Ultra ISO that can support these filesystems.

Depends what format the "disc" is in. If it's a regular ISO then you can use whatever application that supports ISO, including the ones mentioned above (I use ImgBurn). If it's a DMG file then it becomes trickier, especially if it's saved in it's compressed state. Then you usually need a Mac to burn it or at least convert it to an ISO. For this I suggest you lookup any of those VMWare "Hackintosh" VM:s, it's not fast but solves your solution. Or you skiddle over to a friend that has a Mac :).

If you already got the disc itself then any app that can make a duplicate of a disc will work as well.

If it's a DMG, use DMG2IMG, then you can burn it or if you want, convert it to an ISO.

TransMac worked for me. But make sure no other processes (the least) are running, because this program tends to break DVDs when overload.

Any Mac OS
I frequently use PowerISO for burning DMGs and it has been working flawlessly for me, even bootable discs!
