It'd require a lot of hacking IIRC; almost definitely re-coding.

3xxx

IIRC, PTP has one on DA that looks almost exactly like the 3xxx logonui, sans the clock.

Everything Microsoft!
It is not possible to have that in XP.
Since it requires resources only found in those longhorn builds.

Portalcake, can you stop using the l33t speak please?
Everytime I read something from you, I need to look it up on the internet what it means.
It becomes quite irritating.

@SotirisMichail:
This is not XP, it are M3 builds of Longhorn that have it.

PortalCake isn't using l33t speak, just ordinary everyday abbreviations, like IIRC, LOL and WTF etc.

If I ported logonui.exe from this Longhorn build,change the application's build number with resource hacker and replace the existing xp logonui.exe?

Still it annoys me. He is using some abbreviations that are not commonly used. And I read somewhere in the rules that the posts must contain proper english spelling and grammar, which those are not.

Don't ask me which resources because I do not know which ones.

Try Dependancy Walker and see which ones; you have enough posts to get FTP access so you can get a 3xxx LH build to try.

You're gonna have to copy over a lot of procedures from longhorn to XP, Personally, It's not even worth it trying.

logonui.exe requires DwmApi.dll and Castle.dll.
