That is what i like about ballmer, he is someone with humor and is not the 13-in-a-dozen CEO's that would only be serious. I dont think that steve jobs would do that on my HP or DELL PC/Notebook.

Wow... as a jerk and bully Ballmer seems to be, this actually shows he's not such a bad guy ('cept, for you know, refering to free software developments as "Cancer" and saying he would kill Google).
Compare to Steve Jobs. I once read a post in 4chan's /g/ (the technology board) that a guy went to Steve Jobs after he had given a conference on his college. This guy brought his Apple keyboard that was already signed by Steve Wozniak so Jobs could sign it too. When this guy presented his keyboard to Jobs, he replied that they (Apple after his departure) had ruined his design, and started ripping all the "usseless" keys they had added (all the Function keys, I think). Then he signed the keyboard.
So, this guy had his keyboard with both Woz's and Jobs' signatures, but without many keys Jobs considered unnecessary.
I couldn't find the screencap of that thread (it had a picture of the keyless keyboard with the signatures) but I found a macrummors page that mentions the incident:

Taking into account what I told before, I forsee that the questioner probably would end up picking the tiny pieces of what used to be his/her PC while Jobs is droning on and on about how PCs copied the Macintosh and how they're not true artists' tools...
But hey! It's worth the try!

I don't think he would even sign my Mac; he would hate me for not buying a new one (it's early '08). Apple love getting money off people.

Did he know that was a mac? =D
I suppose, can't disguise the big white Apple logo. Besides, he started laughing and the crowd started "whooing" before the guy sad "It's has Windows on it", so I suppose Ballmer knew it was really a Mac.
