i strongly feel the issue can be easily solved by making the off topic sections advanced member group only you know forcing users to actuarially contribute to the forum
i am strongly opposed anything that would mimic politics
meaning creating a new rule/law to solve an issue that is already easily fixable

As a new member, still working my way up - I'm not too fussed. You guys have a good community here, and increasing the post limit to 25 would help maintain that. For me, if i can post 10 times, with useful content, im sure i can post an extra 15 times before getting in on the sharing.
