Hi guys,
It's been quite a while since I've been here... I kinda dropped out of the community about a year ago. I had an excellent time playing around with betas back in the OSBA days and the early days of BA (If you look at my user ID, I'm actually the first person to sign up to the forum after Andy :P ). I've been here through both the good times (like the Longhorn builds which came out of nowhere during Release-A-Week) and the bad (the quickly-escalating flamewars), and made a whole lot of good friends in the beta community. However, lately I've been busy with university and various other things, and have kinda lost interest in playing with betas.

Anyway, since I'm not really active on here anymore, I thought I'd retire as a moderator. I'm not dropping out of the community completely, I'll probably still make the occasional visit (or even post something), but I'm not really active enough to be a decent moderator anymore. I'm not sure if my moderator position will be made available, Andy will probably make an announcement soon, so if you're interested just... uh, wait? :P

Thanks to everyone for the years of great memories, and especially to Andy and the BA staff for keeping the community alive. Keep on leaking and tweaking! :)

Cheers,
-- ptp

Sad to see you go, but I hope you will stay around and post occasionally. Your position will always be open should you want to return :)

Well, there's always a time when someone has to go and do his stuff.
Hope to see you on BA sometime soon.

About RAF, are there any more LH builds the public wants except for 3663?

Wow. well, as they say, we all must move on the bigger and better things.

Either way, I don't blame you pr0gram the pr0grammer for leaving the staff. I know you haven't been posting very much at all this year, and moderating BetaArchive is quite a job, especially these days. Well, that said, I hope you have a good life outside of the BetaArchive staff.

Yeah I know, but often members say these things but don't stick to them. I just wanted to try and reinforce that :)

I don't remember to be honest. It was 3 years ago :)

And thanks, I designed it from scratch on Photoshop.

I don't pick favorites.
I don't mind taking your place, if Andy would let me. Not that I want to, but if asked to. I have a couple of forums of my own.

(Although, I sense that Rioter was supposed to be the replacement for ptp in a sneaky plot)

You left for a while, so minus 2 months there. Can you consider it, Andy?
