This is a download to Windows 3.2. Windows 3.2 is the same operating system as Windows 3.1, but Windows 3.2 is only Japanese and Simplified Chinese. Copy and Paste the link under this into your browser.

Windows 3.2 was available in SimpChinese only, not Japanese. Thanks for the link anyway.

Thanks for telling me this, empireum. I have now found a commercial at YouTube.com, but I think that Japanese is wrong there. I think it's Chinese.

I only tested this Wfw311 on my retired PIII desktop. I thought any emulators that run English Wfw311 should run that.

There only was version 3.2 (build 3.10.153), but there are two different versions of it -- a 1.20MB floppy version and a 1.44MB floppy version....

And a CD-ROM installer for MS-DOS 6.22 Chinese and Windows 3.2, however that is not in MSDN library at all.
