It's faster here now too and hence lag free.

Really there isn't much speed difference when it works fine. It's when under high load that it will be able to keep up these speeds :)

As for every site getting error 500's.. I have seen more at betaarchive than I have every other site I have been to in my internet life added together :P That said it has been getitng better over the last month or so .. with the optimisations and the new server.

It should be exactly the same. The new server is like 10 meters away from the old one *hehe*

The new server is excellent! No more 500 or time out error. Seem loading is significantly faster too.

Got some rare 500s on the server info bar, and some while browsing the site while the forum wasn't there.

You can't get an error 500 on just the info bar. It's nothing, or the whole page. The info bar isn't working properly and I am aware of this.

The server seems to run very fine... instant page connecting but sometimes it "froze" for 1 minute on a page.

This will be completed within the next few days.

I still don't see the BetaOS/PC folder, all there is is the PC(international) folder

The PC folder is there. I just checked, and people are downloading from it. It sounds like your client is caching the folders from when you've checked while some stuff was offline.

The server is nice and fast. I get no 500 errors with it either. The only issue I am having with it is that the time and date on all the posts are random and incorrect when actually viewing the posts. When replying, the topic review has all the correct date and time listings.

Strange. This is often to do with the time zone you have selected in your profile. It shows the time it was posted in relation to your time zone, not the time the other person posted it. Could be that the forum isn't displaying it the same in both instances.

Nevermind. It's all good. Just misreading stuff. The new server is great so far.

Sorry for bumping, but

It had a PHP warning saying that include() failed with "500 Internal Server Error".
