ok .. i have the solution if you have problem to uninstall it

go to the installation cd ( where setup.exe , autorun.inf ) and go to the folder groove.en-us
copy the file setup.xml to -- > X:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE14\Office Setup Controller\Groove.en-us\
(X is your drive letter )
