This happened when I double-clicked 7-zip's own setup file in 7-zip file manager running under Darwine. The title of the dialog is "7-Zip Error".

Me either, it's probably running during install for people who customize the Windows setup (ex. OEMs).

NSIS not for the win. Something similar happens internally with iTunes 8 on Wine: it returns a success code which is unimplemented on Wine's msiexec, causing the installation to always fail until you patch msiexec's sources from the Wine sources.

It is possible... if you download Sysinternals BSOD screensaver and it triggers an error (it happened the first time I tried it on Windows Vista).
