You can have something from my FTP server. There are some wannabe-exclusives in part of games, so check out. The server is up and running on a fresh OS install. CAUTION: Anonymous logins now do not work, please either use the new link below, or login into BA account. boresolver.tk - web enter CLOSED!! ftp://ba:betaarchive@boresolver.tk - FTP To add something into the /useruploads folder, please ask me first, because the disk space on my server is limited. UPD: Added a username for BA members (higher download speed) Login and password: ba:betaarchive UPD2: Enabled an email for copyright abuses: DISABLED UPD3: 50GB of traffic sent! UPD4:PASV may not work for someone because of my router. Try using active connection. Seems to be fixed. UPD5: Now we have a domain! UPD6: Due to some lurkbots trying to break the server I've disabled anonymous logins. Sorry! UPD7:The server will be offline until I change the OS on the server. Upgrade finished

not a bad little server , are all the games in /beta for the PC ?
Just bear in mind linking to bootleg/warez on BA is not allowed
Thanks, didn't know that. What are the reasons? That part is for other friends who are intrested in all these stuff. There are also some demos and abandonware games in games folder.

It seems that it's not possible to open a data connection between you and me. Try anonymous.
I Just did, Still have the same issue
I'm sorry for such a slow answer. Do you connect via the Site Manager or do you use Fast Connect? Depending on that, try deleting info about my server from site manager or fast connect and connect to it again as if you are trying to connect to a new server. The error log is about not being able to open data connection. Try connecting again. The problem seems to be on my side. You can also try forcing active mode by adding the server to site manager and then changing the transfer settings to active mode.

It works now, I'm trying to upload something (OpenLinux 2.3 ISO) to the userupload directory, And when i try to, It fails with the "Critical file transfer error"

Can't open data connection, web and FTP
Connect with active mode forced on. PASV doesn't work for some because I can't figure adding ports to my router out. (much weirder than it used to be on my older one).

Hmm... You should buy 2nd harddisk.
I thought about that, but changing the HDD on my hardware is equivalent to fully disassembling it. I'm not sure about using USB HDD, as it may break my USB ports I think.
