Actually, many old Red Hat Linux ISOs (and updates!) are available on Red Hat's download archive site, http://archive.download.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux. Specifically the 7.0 ISOs are at http://archive.download.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/7.0/en/iso/i386.

It seems quite hard to reach that download site from the main Red Hat's website...
I didn't even know it existed.

Just search for "Redhat Archives". But your right in that the front site doesn't seem to contain links there.
