Does anyone know anything about Commodore OS Vision? Because it doesn't shut down correctly and I don't know why.

I looked and there are no Commodore drivers for my Core 2 Duo. But, it also started to stop having sound, which is a big problem. And yes, it is a 64 bit Linux distribution.

that will most likely be your problem then if there are no drivers for your IDE/SATA controllers this is rare but has happend to me. so when you shut down the OS need to send a kill request to the BIOS so the computer can shutdown fully but it can't with no drivers so the shut down will not complete your best bet is to google for the IDE drivers that work with your computer and see if you can find them if you can't unless you can code them hard luck you will have to accept just using the power button or finding a new OS

It did shut down, but it doesn't shut down in the right way. Instead of seeing the usual shutdown screen, it shows text and the shut down screen isn't correct. It kind of is dissolved and looks as if it were just a text based Linux shutdown, while other times it shows a graphic.
