Isn't that just Windows 3.1 with Calmira? I've never heard of a 3.13, and certainly no version that came with a Windows 95 style interface. The setup screens are also amateurish looking, and what's with that "Press cancel to continue" dialog? Unless I'm mistaken I'm calling shenanigans on this one.

This is a hack. It's based on Windows 3.11.
