Nice, keep up the good work (giving us the latest news )
Hey it's the least I could do! I haven't been on BA for a while, and I'm just keeping up to date with what's said on Twitter, WinUnleaked, and etc. It's my pleasure! Remember, I am downloading this with you so I will usually start the download and then announce. I am currently at 8.8% with 2 hours and 51 minutes to go!
I've got no speed. 0.5kb/s 1 year 5 week to go !
Ha, I've got around 80kb/s with 8 hours to go!

They didn't bother improving it in DP, CP or RP, so why do it now? Besides, they would probably skip version 13 due to their own reasons we're all fammiliar with...

I was hoping they would improve codec support (since it lags behind other major MPs), but instead they did the opposite and developed the Music app which has no 3rd party codec support and as we all know Microsoft's in-house codec support is poor... So I gave up all my hopes.

Jesus christ my torrent has not progressed at all. Can someone PM me an alternate link, if there is any?
There are no alternate links, considering this leaked less that 24 hours ago. I'm getting around 75kb/s and I'm 9.3% done. Highest I had was about 490 kb/s.

Can it be confirmed that this build is the real, final Gold RTM? I only ask since the build number is 9200.16384, and both Vista and 7 had 6000.16384 and 7600.16384 before being incremented to 16386 and 16385 respectively. There's not much difference in these increments, but enough that it'll break software installers and updates if you're not careful.

Windows Media Center is probably not even included in Pro. There was an option in the Windows 8 RP to "Add Features to Windows 8" it could be in there once they activate things on their end. I do see some bugs like a "Time Zone Bug" I seem to have to sync it myself and change it. I see a "Wi-Fi Speed Driver Bug" where my card is a 300 and displays only 130 and its not actually at its full speed than when I had it installed in Windows 7. So I think they will have to fix some things and have another RTM. Its sad to see that my GPU Drivers will no longer work because they retired my series for Windows 8. I can't even install the Bluetooth application either. Also seems to be a bit of a memory hog after a while.
Next version of Windows Media Player probably is 14.

You realize that the "Add Features" option in the RP upgrades you to the Pro version, right? WMC is kind of the centerpiece of the Pro upgrade.
