It was a custom made by KenOath. There is no confirmed or even leaked Neptune Server edition, but references can be found in several EXEs from build 5111.1...

Been looking for a link, only two I could find were both Megaupload.

I know the megaupload link, downloaded the thing long time ago but it was just a video, nothing else, the whole modded OS was never publicily available

That is correct, AFAIK KenOath never released the project, just some videos.

But you can find some references to a neptune server in some system files from 5111. I had a picture of that.
That means that there could be a server planned or this was just a remain from widows 2000 server

Just look at USETUP.EXE with Resource Hacker and you'll find two strings that contain "Neptune Server"...
