Hello. Yes, I've managed to get the original PC Settings Tile in Windows 8 Consumer Preview (However it doesn't work). Well, I went to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs and I noticed that there was a PC Settings Link. Well, initially the option "Pin to start" was absent because I needed to take ownership of that file. So I went on Security tab, changed owner etc. , and in the link properties, in the "target" textbox, there was written "notused" so, if I had wanted to apply settings I would have had to enter something in that textbox. (I wrote "C:\Windows\ImmersiveControlPanel"). So after that, I could pin that PC Settings shortcut to the start screen and I got the original tile! But unfortunately, if I click on it, nothing happens . I think this happens because I had to change text in the "target textbox". Screenshot:

Try this.
Hover the mouse over the bottom right corner.
Press Settings.
More PC Settings.

I really did a great found, I will try to make the tile work

EDIT: When I click on "More PC Settings" the animation when opening the app comes from the tile, so it recognizes that that tile is PC Settings

EDIT2: On the same folder i tried to do the same with Store shortcut of that folder but it didn't work too

Did you get it working by my advice, or something else?

Anyway PC settings are now here in RP (Release Preview)
