Is there a way to pin the PC Settings app to the start screen, like it was in the Windows Developer Preview (where in my opinion it was more intuitive) ? I hate the too long procedure to open it: corner, charms bar, settings, more pc settings⦠I know that the PC Settings executable is systemsettings.exe, found in C:\Windows\ImmersiveControlPanel . I tried to pin it to start, but that doesn't work

Ok, I managed to create a systemsettings.exe shortcut to the start screen, but when I click on it, it takes me to the desktop, the systemsettings.exe icon appears on the taskbar and nothing happens

I've been playing with the registry for a bit and managed to figure out some sort of workaround: Get it here: http://www.mediafire.com/?11ksxvee4ibd7p7 Merge the .reg, then create a shortcut to any empty file ending in .immersivecp, move the shortcut to the start menu folder and pin it to the start screen. It seems to work on both of my machines running windows8 cp x64.
