I got my Windows 8 CP activation code from the MSDN Subscriptions but it failed then I tried it on the MS Technet evaluation page and got the key, copy & paste but then it say: Windows Is Activated. After when I clicked Ok Then is said: Invalid Product Key.

Can Someone please help me

I'm Running the 64-bit version.

Check you wrote it correctly, and that you have an internet connection.

Product keys for 64bit are the same as for 32bit.

Check your Bios date and time or the date/time parameters in the OS.

Make sure your time and date is correct or it can't sync with microsoft servers it's an all to common problem.

Solution: Get a Windows 8 RTM key from MSDN instead. ;) Btw, it's on MSDNAA now as well.
