This disc looks fake to me.
Label looks to be a printer label, not a pressed label
Why would RTM Escrow builds claim "Includes Windows Anytime Upgrade"?
Windows 7 7264 was compiled in 2009, so why is the copyright date 2008? It might make sense if this were the Developer Preview build and not an RTM Escrow build.
The spacing in between each letter of "Windows 7" is off
"Ultimate" isn't aligned properly with "Windows 7" and appears to be printed in the wrong font
Why specify that the contents of the disc are 64-bit twice on the label?

Favourite OS All Microsoft operating systems!
Also, most official Windows pre-release CD-ROMs (with a notable exception being some of the later Windows 95 beta and release candidate CD-ROMs) did not note the build number on them, but rather just a generic release title such as "Beta 1", "Beta 2", "Release Candidate 1", etc...

Microsoft never distributed preliminary builds on CD or DVD.
