Well, fortunately (for me at least), there doesn't seem to be anything intrinsically different between this build and the widely available Developer Preview (Build 8102), however, anything new in this, I will certainly add into my Windows 8 review, however, if and when this particular build is released, there shouldn't be much in my review to change apart from certain screenshots, which is good for me, since I have not only been working extremely hard on it, but I'm also trying to get it released at the end of this month.

Personally, I would like to know if anyone received a copy of this build (and that includes systems with this build installed) upon attending CES 2012 in Las Vegas. I'm asking this, since not only have certain people already apparently confirmed earlier that there would be a CES 2012 beta release of Windows 8 with a working Windows App Store, but I also remember that the BUILD conference build of Windows 8, Build 8102 (Developer Preview) was not only handed out to attendants, but even released here on BetaArchive, so I would like to know if there is any possibility that the same will happen with this build of Windows 8.

One thing of which would greatly help me, though, is the working Windows App Store, since I would like very much not only to be able to use it myself, but also to be able to take my own screenshots of it, rather than reusing screenshots from elsewhere.

Wow! First Windows 8 Beta! should be releasing anytime this month or next month..

Well unfortunately Andrew your source seems to be bad that IS NOT the official release date of the beta. That is but when the build will be chosen and picked out (by the TAP group to become the official beta) thus its possible after the 30th that it will be leaked. In other words keep waiting guys sorry to be the person to pop the bubble back into reality. From the info I have build 8175 probably will not leak we will probably see more pictures come out but not a beta cause I don't see the point in such a leak as the official beta is so close to release.

True however that does not make sense why leak a beta right before the official is supposed to be out?

It would then highlight what sources were used to obtain it so early for MS.

Respectively Metro has a limited amount of use the only people who will like it at all are the touch enabled guys. Lets see here then as far as I know there are no Official Windows 8 tablets out yet discounting the developer preview tablets. So this interface will probably be ignored most of the time since there just isn't that many people using Windows 8 as a main OS for it android and Ios yes.
