There are Language Packs available, but they are not official, also when the application it installs in a few hours and may not even work afterwards.

If you are only looking for official languages and packs, your only choice is English as of the Developer Preview, just wait for the Beta (most of the previous beta versions of Windows contains several languages) or the RTM (all languages).

@MSFacts101,

There is an official Simplified Chinese Language Pack leaked for the WDP (x86/x64).
All other Language Pack's (e.g. from WinUnleaked.tk) are Microsoft Windows 7 Based (hacked) Language Pack's for the WDP.
