The Developer Preview build is wrong from Win7china it should be this:
6.2.8102.0.winmain_win8m3.110823-1455 (Build confrence) Actual Build Number for Developer preview 6.2.8102.0.winmain_win8m3.110824-1030 (Build confrence) Build Number from Win7china
I thought I would finally share that point from the other forum I'm on hehe your not the only one who keeps track of these things.

ok I've hit it up in my build list however I find it a bit odd my self that there were two builds for 8102 that were not updates. The source for that build was from the build number on the Server copy and buried in the setup files for 8102.

6.2.8102.101 was a recompile of build 8102 for the client SKU, maybe they disabled in that recompile Windows Store and other features or it was for other reasons.
This one (6.2.8102.0.winmain_win8m3.110824-1030) is mostly fake or had an other 8102.x number.

This is what I've figures out the developer build was actually compiled on the 23rd of august and 24th however I have to agree that it was recompiled soon after since it was defiantly locked up a lot. Hell the only thing I could unlock was getting rid of the swip to login screen.
