Found this build very buggy indeed, also fact that it is a server doesn't help. Hope 7971 or later is out soon.

What do you mean? The wallpaper that is actually an loginscreen wallpaper? Or the ''Server Manager'' splash screen?

If you meant the second one (the splash screen), it is just an placeholder image.
And you can run it by running:
