I downloaded this build in ftp server, When i trying to install this build, I get bsod. Here is the picture.

Should I install on other virtualization software like virtualbox and vmware or install other build of Windows NT 5.0?
Please help!

Try installing using winnt.exe.

Stop 0x6b? That means ntdll.dll is missing. :P

Use an ISO authoring program to create the system32 directory inside i386, then copy ntdll.dll from i386 there and copy usetup.exe to i386 there also. Rename system32\usetup.exe to system32\smss.exe. :)

Use QEMU.
I have not installed it for 11 months. But I tried it and... It worked. Thanks to Courage, because he recommended me QEMU.

I said 'Use QEMU'. But, don't boot from CD. Install a CD-ROM driver to your DOS installation, then start setup in DOS.
User winnt /b parameter.
