Wouldn't it be possible to activate the build using one of the Windows 8 Release Preview Keys on the Windows Beta Serials Thread? Since that method worked on 9364 and 9369, And in theory, It should work on 9374

Just tried those keys. None of them worked

Most of the RP Keys are different than others, So it would be best to try every single key on there until it works, Rather than use just one, That's what i did when i activated 9364 and 9369 (Except 9369 is VLK so you have to enter the key before you install)

It is indeed possible to active this the same way as with 9364 and 9369.

I'm not sure if that's proper English or not, but I got it working by using the "Microsoft Toolkit"
Also, in case you didn't know, this is pro edition. (Build 9374)

trying to use the "MBFBV-W3DP2-2MVKN-PJCQD-KKTF7" key also does not work for me attepmed to us the "microsoft toolkit" and also the old slmgr upon using slmgr it gave me an error told me to run slui.exe 0x2a 0xC004F069

upon doing so the error states "The Software Licensing Service reported that the product SKU is not found.

you are able to use paypal to order I did order w./ my paypal debit cards and got a new product key will be testing to see what it added. ...

edit:
got new key hit next asked to agree to the terms then hit next and an error occured.
went back to use new key that was givin key does not work.

9374 x86 activated fine for me too, used the same steps as in 9364 x86.

Have you tried the key that you were given in other products to see what key you just purchased for $0.99? I would assume it's probably a Windows 7 or Windows 8 key. Try some different things and see what happens.
