For me, It loads just fine on Firefox 20.0, it usually freezes for half a second once the page is loaded then it starts to work, That happened when i was using 19.0 or earlier versions, Doesn't seem to happen on 20.0

EDIT:Still does it on 20.0, Didn't seem to do it the time i posted that

Might be. Try the nightly build. It may have fixed some issues. Or just use the stable build if nightly does not help.

With Nightly it still freezes for 1-4 seconds
With chrome it appears to be fixed

Where do you want to go today?

All Microsoft operating systems!
I still wonder what the Cease and Desist letter had to do with. Was it about the Windows 8.1 builds, or was it something else?

But anyway, it all sounds very bad to me (the entire situation, I mean). I certainly hope that Rob Jansen decides to stay in the scene, and doesn't leave.

It got shut down due to Rob Jansen (The owner) reciving a C&D letter from Microsoft, Which can be read here

EDIT:Fixed spelling mistake

I don't see how he could get a C&D from microsoft as this does not link to any build downloads
P.S: does anyone have an archive of the MCB gallery?

The only things i have backed up from MCB are 10 screenshots from the gallery, That's it, They're not really exciting

Wasn't the MCB a pdf file that was available on the FTP?

Probably had to do with the site having info about Windows 8.1 Builds, If it was something else, It would've been shut down earlier

Everything Microsoft!
Hello.

I don't mind that some more questionable members from here (some were even banned) re-host the MCB since I am done with it, I got almost zero respect for my work (as evident here).
But you didn't even gave the change to launch the new MCB under a new name.

But please, change the logo and text, Microsoft has forbidden to use it.
Also don't use the word Microsoft or any other trademarks in the url itself.
If you use that, even with the WHOIS shielded, they will find you.

Goodbye.

I am very sure whoever rehosts this will do vast improvements to the previous HTML4+Javascript abomination.

Well.

Maybe I over reacted on the whole situation.
First I get it sorted and in the meantime change the MCB to Microsoft's liking.
It takes maybe a few day's, but the new MCB v8 design will relaunch.

So your efforts to ''rehost'' the MCB can stop.

Soulman.
Thank you for inspiring me to continue my work.
Since the old version is horribly out of date with code and how it is based.

And btw.
You don't have to hide you are the one who is trying to ''rehost'' just because you don't like me as are the minions on nttalk.

No problem but I am already continuing my efforts. Thanks for the drive though Rob. MS are not going to appreciate a big trademark breaking site that promotes "warez". Also thanks for stopping by NTTalk as a Guest, we enjoyed the company!

All Microsoft operating systems!
Well, Rob Jansen, it's at least nice that you were eventually able to resolve this issue. So was it really over the use of the Microsoft name? I was concerned that it had more to due with issues regarding Microsoft employees who were leaking out builds against the Non-Disclosure Agreement that they signed, so I at least hope now that it never actually came to that.

As for the new version of the site, I am also looking forward to it, and I hope that it goes well.

I'm also very sorry about some of the issues that you've had with certain people (I know the group of people who you are talking about, and no I am not mentioning any names here), and while I understand what you've gone through (having received the same level of personal attacks and other abuse myself), I still hope that you decide to continue contributing.

Yes, I personally also wonder why Microsoft didn't c&d rob earlier, seeing as it's over the Microsoft name...
