I've now managed to pull the muscles in my neck, with has [censored] up my left arm aswell as the amount of pain, I mean i can take pain, but this is annoying as hell!

I'll archive this helpful tidbit of Information, it would help me better understand the pain if you could explain how, where, why, when and who was involved with the said phenomena taking place?

I was waking up might of moved too fast and a bad click from my neck following by very tence neck muscles and alot of pain.
On a plus ive got my left arm back and i can move a little, still hurts like [censored]! Must of slep odd.

ADD: Nope its a trapped nerve

Ouch... I once had a trapped nerve in my wrist and couldn't move it for 2-3 days it was also excruciatingly painful.

I can't begin to imagine how bad it is for you...

I got a trapped nerve in my arm whilst in hospital, and it gave me mild pins and needles in my little and adjoining finger continuously. It wasn't a lot, but it was noticeable. It took 2 months before it started to subside. I still have it a little bit but no where near what it was.

+ now to add the broken heart to the list of problems.....

She basically told me she never wants to speak to me again and said im "clingy" All i want to go into tbh :/

I'm getting better lol.
After a good 3 and a half hours of head-banging does alot of good, still got the odd pain if i turn my neck left and look at my back, but other than that im better
plus the fact I might be getting with someone
