We actually need fast internet in my household >.>, and its cheaper to be on 24Mbps than it is 1.5Mbps

But for an extra $10/mth I could get 20GB but really 40GB in downloads cause theres External and 'Local'... (if you want info PM me.)
and I get 3GB of usenet free/mth, some free data thing with other Adam Internet users near me and VoIP for $5 extra/mth... not too shabby

Exactly, I'm on a 1.5mbps down, 256kbps up yet when connected I get a
baloon message from the NIC that says 100mbps...
