hello
i got a website template.. but after you edit the stuff you want (edit the code/text/images),when its ready,is it possible to create some backend admin pannel to make it easy for editing like "tinymce" and change a specific text on the template ?

I'm not sure if I've understood your question.
Are you asking for a CMS?
If you want to do one by yourself you'll need server-side programming... you know, some PHP and MySQL...

As above you just need some knowledge in PHP and MySQL, or flat file databases to do this. You're better off using something like Wordpress to build the site if you don't have the knowledge.
