What file in the SETUP is the bootscreen? logo.sys not. Any idea, i am working on a project for it.

You could try modifying Windows 9x Setup to include a custom Logo.sys. There are ways of doing this.

Then he's probably asking about trying to modify the setup program of MS-DOS 7.10 (By the China DOS Union). If that's what he wants to do, he could probably also modify IO.SYS, since that's where Windows 9x/MS-DOS 7.x/8.x stores the default boot screen.
