In the right corner of the Windows XP explorer, it shows the Windows XP flag. Is there a way I can change that?

Yes, through the resource editor (eg Restorator). The flag is in explorer.exe, if not mistaken.

It's a frame-stripe in explorer.exe, I'm not sure which bitmap is it, so, you must to find out it yourself.

It's located in shell32.dll, BITMAP resources from 240 to 247.

It's hard because there are too many flags used for animations.
EDIT: And it took a lots of time.

i ve used this for my custom windows firstly it's hard to find the image it's alot of numbers
