Ok so it's a high processor usage problem but it's unlike i've ever seen or heard of. When I got the laptop i opened the resource monitor and saw that Intel's USB 3.0 driver process was using 25% *one core* of the cpu, So i uninstalled it, everything went back to normal but after 5 mins the CPU usage went up again, this time it was Intel's RapidStore process was using 25% of the CPU, i uninstalled it too. The usage went back to normal. Now i thought that it was a Intel problem so now that i had uninstalled all the Intel stuff it won't happen again. But i was wrong, 10 mins later chrome began using 25%, i closed it. Everything went back to normal again but then Speedfan began using 25%. So, the bottom line is that at least one process uses 25% of the CPU. I have no idea what's wrong here...
And because of the high CPU load the laptop is getting really hot

i did format the laptop two or three months back. And a virus scan in safe mode has been running for sometime now. I did that before posting here
