I have a question....

This ImageCFG... only change the "ntoskrnl.exe configuration"

this program.. re-writes the entries of the registry?

a user was wondering if this program modifies the build tag on the desktop... and i think that this information were save in the registry.

Another way to do this is to change the exe file that you want to run using a tool called PE Tools. A howto guide for PE Tools can be found here:

Um any help? I'm trying this on a VM and I seem to get an IMAGECFG: Unable to map and load ntoskrnl.exe. I run it as Admin and I also disabled the integrity checks. This is Windows 7 Enterprise.

I guess. Thanks I'll try.

Edit: hm, my VM seems to restart on Safemode welcome screen. :/ I edited with MSCONFIG cause vmware server doesn't really let me press F8 in time so yeah I'm screwed.
