I have recently been looking into online storage facilities and most of them limit file sizes to under 2GB so i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to split DVD images into Self Extracting RAR files like the ones that are found on Rapidshare

It's easy.
WinRAR: Select files you want to compress, right click, WinRAR -> Add to archive... And you set it here:

7zip: Select files you want to compress, right click, 7zip -> Add to archive... and you set it here:

EDIT: If you want to make it self-extracting that you can extract it without WinRAR/7Zip/else you can make an .exe by checking in that shown window "Create SFX archive"

Take your image
use 7zip (free) or rar and create new archive, with the option to split into [x] size.

No, you must pack the ISO into RAR, just like it's done on BA server...
