My PC has been converted to an iMac (donated PC to my dad and happened to have this iMac sitting around) and I am currently installing Leopard and will soon dual-boot it with Vista. When I have accomplished both of these tasks, I will post a screenshot of them. but for now:
I finally got Leopard to run on my iMac (it involved a lot of frustration, a dual layer DVD, a Firewire cable and some more things)
Nothing much. Just the standard install plus Firefox.
When I partition the disk and install Vista I'll post that desktop too
The "Porn" folder is a trick against my friends and family - it's a shortcut linked to "shutdown -s -t 0".
This is a Japanese copy of Windows XP that I needed for a program that never got installed. And I've never gotten around to installing the English copy either
And I don't know anything in Japanese either, but hey, when you've used XP for a couple years already you should be able to know where something is or what something means even when it's in a foreign language
Yeah, so far its been running much smoother than vista, especially when it comes to generating thumbnails and whatnot. Thanks for the link, the themes guide in particular came in handy, I installed desktop experience early on, but never thought to enable the themes service
