Google provides answers nearly as well as BA's userbase do; perhaps you should have given Google a search first? The first page of results for the query "can I register a .ms domain" yield a myriad of websites with which you can register a .ms domain name.

First i use Google
I found many sites what can register domain in .ms zone
But, i have no idea, they are resellers or not. I'm looking for primary register. Whats why i ask here
