i want to use vlite to intergrate service pack1, what i want to know is "is my vista business product key still valid after i integrate sp1? ( yeah i know this has been asked before but i dont remember what the answer was )

if you have a genuine key you can slipstream SPs with any concerns that the key wont work

Yes, you will be fine. Vista key is not going to change by having a new service pack.
