I upgraded from Mac OS X Lion 10.7 to Mac OS X Mountain Lion Developer Preview 3.
I wanted to downgrade to DP 2 so hardly, I have succeded.
BUT, I wanted to downgrade to Lion.
I couldn't boot to lion USB.
It just showed up

and just shuts down.
I inserted Snow Leopard disk,
it showed apple logo,
Nothing happened for a long time.
It's Mac Mini Core i5 2.3GHz with 8GB RAM.
Is there any solution?

SOLUTION:
Press OPTION+COMMAND+R when it boots up. Sadly, it took me 5 hrs to download :(

Looks like you have the "Still waiting for root device" error. Boot in verbose mode by holding Cmd+V when turning on your Mac, and wait 10 minutes, then tell what was the last output line you saw.
