is it possible to remove a timebomb of office 2007 alpha 4? i like it so much and i want to install it on a real machine and it's not possible to change the bios time because it's for daily use.

I'm not sure of any direct method to remove the time bombs included with the beta versions of Office as everything is done for the RTM versions. I have a random thought, but have you tried using RunAsDate? I know it's a bit of a long shot but it's the best advice I can think of right now.
