As title. Detailed instructions preferred. I have all the disk I need and C:\ drive (in PCem) is formatted.

better to use version 0.3 to install DR5 and Alpha (Beta can be installed on Bochs)

Can not start Windows 1.0 DR5. "Bad command or file name."

EDIT: BTW, how can you get color in Windows 1.0 Premiere Edition?(with starting up animation displaying correctly) I only get the animation correctly in monochro by using the Hercules graphics card in PCem 0.3.

I don't think you can get color graphics prior to Windows Premier Edition.

I got the bootscreen colored on the beta on Bochs

Is it animated?

BTW, how can you install Windows 1.01 on Bochs 2.5? I cannot get past the disk thing. I keeps saying media type not supported on floppy drive when I try to insert the setup disk.

make sure the floppy media you put is 360KB.
