I Used My Normal Password For Windows 8 Yeah, And I Didnt Know It Went Upto So Many Characters So It Cut Off Half Of My Password, How Can I Recover It Or Change It On My Windows 7 (Im Using A Dual Boot)

It should have used your live account password...
Go see about how to recover passwords using system recovery in Windows 7. It might work.

You can easily reset it ;)

You need to boot into the Recovery Enviroment
then goto Troubleshot->Advanced->Command prompt, once booted into the CMD you go into c:\windows\system32 and once inside you do the following :
move Utilman.exe Utilman.exe.bak
copy cmd.exe Utilman.exe
then you restart once @ the logon you can do now Win+U and you get a CMD ;)
then you just have to reset your pass
net [user] [username] [newpassword], without [] done. :)

That, or you could try Konboot that subverts the kernel of any win and gives you admin privileges from any account.

Unless using a picture password, the Windows 7 Password Recovery method may work.
