it is too fast on my computer. The time goes like 10x times faster than normal. I ran NT pre-releases by using Bochs and the clock is too fast.

You need to set the cycles in the config file like in DOSbox.

I have the same problem, it makes double-clicking in guest operating systems practically impossible. Changing the CPU cycles does nothing, as far as I've experienced.

Gah, this is really annoying. There are very few posts on the internet about this problem. I might try putting the cycle speed VERY low...

Yeah, all the results of Bochs I get on Google are about compiling it, WAKE UP people, talk about Bochs for once!
Anyway how do you put the cycle speed to very low?

Eh, just found out it only goes down to 200000 IPS, at which level my Windows 1.04 machine doesn't even get through the BIOS. Screw this, Bochs is okay but it really needs a clean-up.

You know what, just use the plain Enter button to click at the applications, and if you want the speed more "real PC" like, set the CMOS time to realtime.
Also I tried 100000 IPS and it worked.
