Hi. Yesterday I got IBM ThinkPad 365X what I won on auction :P Two problems with it is that this got damaged floppy drive (I am on buying second one for parts :D) second thing damaged CMOS battery (163 + 173 error) but its always when I shutdown laptop then fast start even if on AC Adapter. But when I was on Bios and I saw very interesting thing. I am able to boot from Pcmcia card I got personally one with 64 MB space but I don't know how to configure it to start installation of any system for example Windows 95 or any beta. I'll be happy for any advice for that.

Well if you can get ahold of a blank diskette or cd, you can use the Plop manager to boot from it as it does not need nothing of the bios. http://www.plop.at/en/bootmanagers.html

But from thinkiwiki I can see only Booting using Linux so how it will work for DOS, Win9x or WinNT? Second thing in first link there are booting from pcmcia but USB so it can work too for system like Windows 95 (using 98 files) or NT?
