I have to wait here before release. Oh one more thing, you might need the GUI installer just like Windows 95 does (and Windows 97 custom OS by ideeman1994). Use Inno Setup 1.2 for creating 16-bit setup.

Well I can help you to make a installation CD for other installations.
The installation CD contains the bootable volume with setup that extract contents to the hard disk and also made some partitioning. It was based of MS-DOS 7.10 setup batch or Windows 95 styled GUI installer using Inno Setup.
Also, you might to add DOS-LOGO.SYS with Windows 3.1 logo on it.

The release date is tomorrow! Buckle up for your Virtual PC 2007 guys! Don't forget you must enable Hardware Visualization. Or else you get a error on boot-up.
