Most interesting part is, no Web\Enterprise Edition anymore and the 'new' Essentials SKU will replace Small Business Server Essentials and Home Server, because Windows Home Server is dead, same for Windows Small Business Server Standard.

Quote:
Windows Server 2012 Datacenter. $4,809 with processor + CAL licensing model. Supports unlimited virtualized instances of the product (on the same hardware) as well.

Windows Server 2012 Standard. $882 with processor + CAL licensing model. Supports two virtualized instances of the product (on the same hardware) as well.

Windows Server 2012 Essentials. $425, supports up to 25 users, aimed at small businesses. No virtualization rights.

Windows Server 2012 Foundation. OEM-only (comes with new entry-level servers), supports up to 15 users. No virtualization rights.

I find this very interesting as I'm meanwhile looking over the Upgrade editions that will most likely be in the RTM.

I will simply list a sample as I'm feeling some lazy:

ServerDatacenter
ServerStandard
ServerStandardVCore
ServerStorageWorkgroup
ServerStorageStandard
ServerMultiPointStandard
ServerMultiPointPremium
ServerWinFoundation
ServerHyperCore
ServerStandardCore
ServerDatacenterCore

Its fun knowing this :)
