Let me start by introducing myself.
I'm ThaDeanesta, a forum moderator at XDA-Developers.com (A mobile device development forum for android and Windows phone). I tend to get pretty early access to many early windows phone, android, and other application builds.

Well as i've heard from a pretty reliable source, ASLR (Address Space Layout Randomization) will be coming in future builds of Windows 8. (Before the final build) It is done in an effort to make it more secure, by placing important files in random locations, thus making it harder to
use known exploits.

ASLR is present already in Windows since Vista, AFAIK.

Maybe in 8 it will be improved, but it's already here.
