Sadly EA has bought PopCap, so now every time we buy Bejeweled, guess who's pockets we are also serving.

I completely agree. I hate what they've done with Command & Conquer. I wish Westwood Studios wasn't absorbed by EA. Ahhh... The good old days of Westwood... :-(

The gaming industry feels so pointless now, if smaller developers/publishers sell out to them we will probably end up with either only
a very few companies to choose from or worse... *gulp* the gaming industry becomes a monopoly business D:

And EA has made money from the toy department too, so people of all ages just eat up their games. But even they can make good games, as stated in the above post.

LOL, took a few seconds to load the youtube video, I thought you had a blank page for "EA in a nutshell". But I do agree with this, I hate the fact they force you to be online to play single-player games

SSX (PS3-360) doesn't force you to...
You just need a online pass to gain credits online (Partial Multiplayer lock). Some other games locks-up the whole multiplayer, and some others locks the whole game until you get a pass so.... yeah.

I like SSX3 too,but i also like the PS3-360 one.

So even snowboarding games require online (though really if your playing online you sort of have to go online anyway). Never played any SSX games, I don't understand how you could do snow boarding in-game, but if its good, maybe I should try it.

Well certainly not Nintendo but Sega on the other hand haven't been doing too great lately so I wouldn't be so sure.

Sega I think is doing fine. Generations was great, and I heard on Sonic Retro their making a game or something for the PS Vita.

I happen to have a disk with all the PopCap games unlocked fully for free so i'll be fine. But damn that sucks.
